1nspecT ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by MAVTech LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the 1nspecT platform, including our web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, professional license number, and business information (company name, address, logo).
Inspection Data. When you use the Service to perform inspections, we collect property addresses, client names, client contact information, inspection photographs, videos, deficiency descriptions, narratives, ratings, and report content. This data is created by you and stored on your behalf.
Device and Usage Data. We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, screen interactions, feature usage patterns, and crash reports to improve the Service.
Camera and Photo Library. Our mobile app requests access to your device camera and photo library solely to capture inspection photographs and videos. We do not access photos unrelated to your inspections.
Location Data. We do not collect precise GPS location data. Property addresses are entered manually or through your inspection orders.
Payment Information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing history from Stripe.
1nspecT uses artificial intelligence to assist with narrative generation, property analysis, and caption suggestions. Your inspection data (photographs, captions, deficiency descriptions) may be sent to third-party AI services (Google Gemini) for processing. These services process your data according to their enterprise terms and do not use your data to train their general models. AI-generated content is always editable by you before inclusion in any report.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase Authentication with secure token management, and role-based access controls. Inspection photographs are stored in Google Cloud Storage with signed URLs that expire after a defined period.
We retain your inspection data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, you may request a full export of your data. After export confirmation (or 90 days following termination if no export is requested), we will delete your inspection data from our active systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 180 days before automatic deletion.

The Service is designed for professional home inspectors and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
