What's a 1nspecToken?
It's the AI credit unit behind the scenes — we use it to measure AI usage. Your plan includes plenty for normal use. If you ever need more, there are two kinds of top-up: an inspection pack (10 inspections, $49, 90-day validity) raises your monthly inspection count, and a 1nspecToken pack ($19) adds extra AI capacity for heavy-AI months. Most inspectors never need either.
Do I need to build a narrative library first?
Nope. Your library builds itself as you work. Review the AI draft, polish it if needed, tap save — it's stored for reuse. By inspection ten you'll already have a useful library. If you're switching from another platform, you can import your existing narratives directly.
I'm switching from another platform. Can I bring my narratives?
Yes. 1nspecT supports narrative import from other inspection platforms and CSV import — your existing narratives come with you. TREC 7-6 template is pre-loaded. Your VoiceDNA trains from your existing reports. You're not starting from zero.
Is this really TREC compliant?
Yes. TREC 7-6 is natively integrated — not adapted from a generic template. The PDF report output meets TREC requirements. If you have a specific compliance question, reach out and we'll answer it directly.
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing automatic. You choose a plan and enter payment details if you want to continue. No credit card during trial means no surprise charges.
Can I use my own Standard of Practice?
Yes. TREC 7-6 and InterNACHI are built in. Need a custom SoP — a Phase 1 Pre-Pour, a specialty standard? We build it with you during white-glove onboarding: your own ratings, sections, AI prompts, and report layout, ready to run. ASHI, CCPIA, and self-serve import are on the way.
